The Story

Dan started his first business at 14 — a luxury car detailing operation marketed with flyers on windshields. The tactics have evolved, but the core principle hasn't: find your audience and put the right message in front of them.

After college, Dan joined Destination Maternity Corporation ($500M revenue), the largest maternity retailer in the world. There he led account management, business development, and marketing — spearheading ROI-positive promotional and direct response initiatives while cutting costs through operational efficiencies.

In 2017, Dan launched DBV Marketing Inc. to help businesses do what he'd been doing at enterprise scale: build lead generation systems that are measurable, accountable, and built to grow. Today, DBV Marketing specializes in performance marketing for Education, Auto Insurance, Legal/MVA, Financial Services, and Home Services — verticals where lead quality directly impacts the bottom line.

With 20+ years in the industry, Dan has built and optimized campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and email — always with the same focus: drive qualified leads, reduce cost per acquisition, and maximize return on ad spend.

Dan lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife and daughter. He sits on the board of the American Marketing Association Philadelphia as the Executive Director of Data and Analytics, serves as Treasurer of Stanton Community Partners, and volunteers as a big brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
