How to Request Data Deletion

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account or interaction
• The platform or service you used (e.g., Facebook, a specific website or app)
• Any additional details that may help us locate your data

Processing Timeline

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receipt. Once your data has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.

What Data Gets Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove the following data where applicable:

• Personal information — name, email address, phone number, and any other personally identifiable information
• Third-party platform data — data received from platforms such as Facebook (Meta), including user IDs, ad interaction data, and related analytics
• Contact submissions — form submissions, inquiry records, and communication history

Legal Retention Exceptions

In certain cases, we may be required to retain specific data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. This may include:

• Records required for tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance
• Data necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims
• Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer identify you

If any of your data falls under a legal retention exception, we will notify you and explain the reason for continued retention. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Revoking Facebook App Permissions

You can also revoke our app's access to your Facebook data directly through Facebook:

1. Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites
2. Find DBV Marketing (or the associated app name) in the list
3. Click Remove to revoke access

Removing the app from Facebook will prevent any future data sharing. To delete data already collected, please also submit a deletion request via email as described above.
